Refund policy
A full refund will be offered on any item broken or missing. If an item is out of stock a Prime-Living team member will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible.
- Please inform us by email: info@primeliving.com.hk if you have not received your order with 14 days, or if any of the items you ordered are broken or missing within delivery.
- Any products being returned for refund or exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving the items, must not be damaged (including packaging) and remain unused. Prime-Living reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund. Return delivery costs will not be covered by Prime-Living.
- Please ensure that all items being returned and delivered securely. Prime-Living is not responsible for any loss of product(s) during return for refund or exchange. We reserve the right to change terms and conditions without notice and the right to refuse return, refund or exchange of product(s). The decision of Prime-Living is final.
