How can I get free shipping?

To enjoy free shipping, simply make a purchase of HK$500 or more. If your order is less than HK$500, you can choice to pick up your order at our Prime-Living Store.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping within Hong Kong for orders over HK$500. For orders under HK$500 will incur a shipping fee of HK$50 or more.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once we receive your payment, we will process your order within 2-3 business days. Your package will typically arrive at your address within 2-3 days after it has been shipped by our local carrier.

Do you ship overseas?

We apologize, but we currently do not offer overseas shipping.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes, we will send you a reminder email whenever the status of your order changes.
